Our baby birth announcement discs are 20cm wide made from 3mm thick high gloss acrylic.  Printed directly onto the acrylic to ensure they will never peel or fade. 

Use permanent markers or whiteboard markers to fill in information (if a permanent marker is being used this will make the disc single use).
