Refund policy

Our products are for decorative purposes only. We recommend care be taken at all times and keep out of reach of children. These are not toys and we do not recommend leaving children unattended, as some of our products contain small parts which act as a choking hazard. Please seek IMMEDIATE medical attention should small parts are swallowed.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item with a photo of the damaged product where will then contact Australia Post to lodge a request for damaged or lost items. We will notify you once we get a final outcome from our preferred postage carrier.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised items. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable refund due to change of mind or misuse of our products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
