Shipping

Sweet Pea Creations has a flat rate shipping of $9.99 Australia wide and send our parcels with Australia Post.  We use the tracked postage service so you can always know where your parcel is once we have posted it. 

Express post is available with the estimate calculated before checkout. 

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, absolutely! You can pick up your order from our workshop on the Sunshine coast.

 

 

My order has been damaged?

We are so sorry to hear your order has been damaged in transit. We take care when packing your order and always ensure your parcel is as safe as we can make it.  In the unfortunate event that it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your parcel arriving with photo proof of the damage so we may pass the details on to Australia Post for investigation.  Once Australia post has finalised their investigation, we will be able to update you on the outcome of the investigation.

 

How long does production take for my order?

We know how exciting it is to order something special and personalised. We generally ship orders within 10 working days ,however, during peak times we ask for a maximum 15 working days  is required to complete your order.  Please note* our production time does not include the time it take for Australia post to deliver your parcel. We generally advise allowing atleast 10 working days for delivery.

 

Do you offer rush orders?

Please get in touch with us if you require a rushed order where we will be able to advise you if this is possible. We always try our best to accommodate everyone and understand that sometimes rush orders are needed, however, during peak times, rush orders are not always possible.

 

There has been a spelling error made, what should I do?

We take the best of care when it comes to making your products and always aim to deliver accurate orders.  Due to the personalised nature of our business, sometimes we make mistakes. If we have made an error, please contact us immediately with a photo of the error and your order number.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for errors not made by us, and we strongly advise checking your spelling before placing your order.
